  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
  10. using this software.  If you do not agree to the terms in the following
  11. license and disclaimer of warranty, you should delete all copies of the 
  12. software that are currently in your possession.

  14. The Shareware Version is the unregistered version of SourcePrinter,
  15. including all accompanying files and documentation.

  17. You are hereby licensed to use the Shareware Version of this software 
  18. for a 30 day evaluation period.  You may make as many copies of the 
  19. Shareware version of this software as you wish.  You may give exact copies
  20. of the original Shareware version to anyone, and redistribute the complete 
  21. and unmodified Shareware version via electronic means, including uploading
  22. to electronic bulletin boards, as long as all accompanying files are 
  23. included intact and unmodified.  In fact, you are encouraged to freely 
  24. distribute the Shareware version of this software.

  27. donations, for any such copies, however made, with the exception of a

  50. Evaluation and Registration

  52. This is not free software.  This license allows you to use this
  53. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  54. days.  If you wish to use this software after the 30-day evaluation 
  55. period, a registration fee of $25 is required.  Payments must be in US
  56. dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be sent to:

  68. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  69. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  70. multiple people, but not both.

  72. You may access the registered version of SourcePrinter through a network,
  73. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software 
  74. covering all workstations that will access the software through the network.

  77. The software and documentation are owned by the author, F. Douglas Ansuini, 
  78. and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaty
  79. provisions.  Therefore, you agree to treat the software like any other 
  80. copyrighted material, except that you may make and distribute exact copies
  81. of the Shareware Version of the software as specifically provided in this 
  82. license agreement.
